For customers ordering our products for the first time, we recommend you to create an account free of charge.

Directions on how to order.

1. Select product Please select your desired product. When you have decided on a product, please click the "Add to Cart" button on the product details screen.
2. Confirm products in cart Please check the items in the cart. Please click “Go to Checkout” if there are no errors.
3. Create Account/Login Customers who have previously used the site to make purchases, or have already created an account, please enter your ‘E-mail address’ and ‘password’ and click ‘log in’.

* Please create a new account if you are using the shop for the first time.

4. Select delivery and payment methods Please check the shipping method and payment method.
5. Final confirmation of your order Ensure that there is no mistake with your order and press ‘confirm order’. After confirming your order, a message ‘Your order has been completed’ will appear.
A thank you e-mail with the contents of your order will be sent to you.

Cancels and Returns

Cancellation of products before shipment is accepted.

However, items will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
We ask for your understanding that cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been shipped.

Items may not be eligible for return or refund if the goods were undeliverable due to customer circumstances as below.

Incorrect input of the postal address

Please be careful not to make a mistake when inputting your postal address.

Refusal to receive goods

Your package will be returned to the sender if the item is unclaimed due to customer circumstances. Please be aware that if you request your order to be re-delivered, a separate delivery fee will be charged.

When goods which are held at the office are unclaimed after a designated period and are returned.

If a package is undeliverable due to the absence of a customer to receive the package, it will be held by the delivery service. However, the time period of storage varies between countries. Please be aware that if the package cannot be delivered within the storage period, the item will be returned to the sender.

Please understand beforehand that we cannot compensate for damages caused by the delivery service.

When the product delivered differs from your order

If the delivered product differs from the items you ordered due to our mistake, we will exchange the goods free of charge with free shipping.In that case, please do not discard the item, and let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item.
